  Processing Time                                           

   Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.                                              

   Shipping Rates & Delivery 

   We ship within the contiguous United States only.

   - Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): Starting at $8.99

   Tracking

   Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

   Lost or Damaged Packages                                  

   Spike Camp is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us at support@spike-camp.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.                                                    

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

   Address Changes                                                                  

   Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. Spike Camp is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
